CDL-A Dedicated Driver Home Weekly
$1,500 to 1,750 Weekly Avg | $104K Annually Potential | Home Weekly
Job Highlights
- Account: Dedicated Discount Retailer Account
- Freight: Dry Van, 100% touch freight
- Unload: Box-by-box unload with rollers (physically demanding)
- Coverage: CT, MA, NH, VT, NY, RI, ME (within ~1,066 miles of Windsor, CT)
- Home Time: Home weekly (not guaranteed every weekend)
- Parking: Secure parking for tractor/trailer required during home time.
Pay & Compensation
- Average Weekly Pay: $1,500 to $1,750 (for 1,500 miles & 5 loads)
- Top Pay: $2,200 to $2,400 weekly | Up to $104,000 annually
- Base Mileage Pay (Experience-Based): $0.53/miles $0.73/mile
- Unload Pay: $240 per unload
- Backhaul Pay: $105 per load
- NYC Borough Pay: $250 (pup trailers)
- Weekly Incentive: Extra $50 for full work week availability
Requirements
- Experience: CDL-A with 3 months of solo tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to perform physically demanding unloads
- Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong customer service and patience required
- Secure tractor/trailer parking during home time
