Job Description

• Home Time: Weekly, 34-hour reset (80% of resets fall on weekends)
• Freight Type: Dry van, 100% touch freight (manual unload w/ rollers)
• Average Weekly Miles: 1,800
• Loads per Week: 4
• Delivery Region: ND, SD, NE, KS, OK, AR, MO, IA, MN, WI, IL, KY, TN, IN
• Shift: Early morning starts, multi-stop store deliveries

Compensation

• Average Gross Pay: $2,000 weekly (with 1,800 miles & 4 loads)
• Pay by Experience (CPM): $0.70 - $0.80/mile
• Unload Pay: $240/load
• Stop Pay: $25/stop
• Backhaul Pay: $50/load
• Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 ($500 after 1st load + $500 after 30 days)
• Orientation in Warrensburg, MO
• Mentor ride-along (1 week) @ $150/day
• Assigned tractor immediately after training

Requirements

• CDL-A with 3 months of tractor-trailer experience
• Must have secure parking location for tractor/trailer
• Customer service skills & ability to handle physically demanding unloads
