CDL-A Drivers Dedicated Home Weekly Driver

Job Details

• Home Time: Home weekly with a 34-hour reset (typically SatMon)
• Freight: 100% no-touch freight (50% live load/unload at customers)
• Miles: Average 1,550 per week
• Stops: 35 per day (excluding first/last; $15 per stop)
• Delivery Area: NC, SC, GA, TN, PA, WV, VA, OH
• Equipment: Mix of Internationals, Freightliners, Kenworths & Volvos
• Orientation: One-day paid classroom training ($100)
• Schedule: Night, weekend, and holiday work required; occasional Saturday loads

Compensation

• Weekly Pay: $1,150$1,200 (annual potential $60K+)
• Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 total ($500 after 1st load + $500 after 30 days)
• Mileage Pay (Experience-Based): $0.63 - $0.66 CPM
• Stop Pay: $15 per stop (excluding first/last)
• Orientation Pay: $100

Requirements

• 3 months CDL-A tractor-trailer experience required
• Must live within 80 miles of Hickory, NC
• Must have personal transportation to/from the DC (trucks cannot be taken home)
• Ability to handle multi-stop routes and flexible scheduling (nights/weekends/holidays)
• Strong customer service and professionalism
